Take Out the Old. Make Room for What's Next.
Before a kitchen can be rebuilt, a basement refinished, or an outdated interior transformed, the old materials often need to come out first.
D.A.D.S. Disposal provides interior demolition and tear-out services for homeowners, landlords, property managers, investors, and contractors throughout West Michigan.
Depending on the project, we can remove approved cabinets, fixtures, flooring, wall materials, vanities, shelving, and other interior components — then handle the loading, hauling, and cleanup of the resulting debris.

Demolition and Debris Removal With One Crew
Tearing materials out is only half of an interior demolition project. Everything removed from the space still needs to be carried out, loaded, hauled, and properly disposed of.
Because D.A.D.S. is already equipped for junk and debris removal, we can keep more of the project together. Instead of finishing demolition with a pile of debris waiting for someone else, the removal and hauling can be built into the scope of the job.
How Interior Demolition Works
1. Show Us the Project
Send your city or ZIP code, photos of the space, approximate dimensions, and a description of exactly what you want removed.
2. We Review the Scope
We consider materials, access, labor, debris volume, disposal requirements, equipment needs, and site conditions. Some projects may require an onsite review.
3. Demo, Haul & Clear
Once the project scope is approved, we complete the agreed demolition work and handle the associated debris loading, hauling, and general cleanup.
Before Interior Demolition Begins
Interior demolition requires more planning than ordinary junk removal. Plumbing, electrical systems, utilities, structural components, hazardous materials, and other conditions can affect how — or whether — a particular area can be demolished.
